Adventure Park Coming To Holiday Valley
I loathe the cold and snow. Although I’ve lived in Western New York my entire life, I should be used to the bone-chilling temperatures and trudging through inches—sometimes feet— of the white stuff, but I’m not. I’m sure I’m not alone in my discontentment. So it only makes sense that I don’t have a desire to strap on some skis and head down to the Southern Tier for a day on the slopes. However, Holiday Valley in Ellicottville will soon begin work on an outdoor park that warm-weather lovers, like myself, would enjoy.
Construction of the Aerial Park will begin this January and the park will open this summer, June of 2011! The Aerial Park is a series of platforms and “bridges” built in a 4 acre section of the woods.
