It's almost Halloween! As of now, there is a 50 percent chance of rain on Saturday, with a high of 55 degrees. On Sunday, there's a 31 percent chance of rain with a high of 56 degrees. The weather may not be ideal, but at least there's no snow in the forecast, so we have that going for us.

There are quite a few fun events happening around Western New York. Here's your guide to them, including all the info you need to know.  Some are for the kids, some are for the grown folks.  Some are free, some have an entry fee.  All of the details are below.

Thursday, October 28

Galleria of Treats - $5, children of all ages
The Galleria of Treats, Walden Galleria’s annual indoor trick or treating event, will take place on the lower level close to the Forever 21 store. Kids will be able to safely trick-or-treat indoors with mall vendors and other community organizations You can buy a pre-sale ticket for $5 online between now and October 28. Tickets will be available for $3 on the day of the event, depending on availability, starting at noon.

Howlin’ at the Tralf Halloween - $12 & $15, ages 16 and over
Buffalo native and Buffalo Music Hall of Fame Inductee Patti Parks will be performing at the Tralf, located at 622 Main Street in Buffalo, along with rock band The Meatsticks. There will be tastings from Three Chord Bourbon. The is primarily for those ages 21 and over, but people ages 16 and up are allowed with a guardian. Doors open at 6 pm and the showtime is 7 pm. General admission tickets are available for $12 in advance and $15 the day of the show.

'MASK-arade' Community Event - Free, all ages
You're invited to attend the free 'MASK-arade' event at the Pratt-Willert Community Center, located at 422 Pratt Street on Saturday, October 30 from 12 to 6 pm. It is a "Covid-Centric" event, so all safety protocols will be followed. There will be candy, door prizes, games, refreshments, and vaccinations. The event will also provide information to help keep you and your family safe. Information on fire safety, gun safety, disaster preparedness, and more will be available.

Trunk or Treat - Free, all ages
There will be trick-or-treating and a costume contest at this event, which will be held at Meadowbrook Square, 3571 Niagara Falls Boulevard in North Tonawanda.

MALL-O-WEEN 2021 - $2, children of all ages
Children of all ages can safely trick-or-treat indoors from noon to 5 pm at Eastern Hills Mall, located at 4545 Transit Road in Williamsville. Mall vendors will have tables giving out candy, there will be a photo opportunity, games, and more. All of the proceeds from the event will benefit the Hope Project of WNY, Inc.

Young Frankenstein Mimosa Matinee - $14, all ages
The movie will begin at 1 pm at The Screening Room Cinema Cafe inside the Boulevard Mall, 880 Alberta Drive (facing Wegman's). There are only limited seatings options left, as most everything else has been sold out.

Halloween Boo'zin Bar Crawl - $19.99 – $34.99, ages 21 and up
The Boo'zin Bar Crawl will take place on Chippewa Street in downtown Buffalo. Ticket prices include your cover for all the participating bars, a souvenir cup, and a scorecard. Participating bars include VENU, Bottoms Up, and 67 West. Registration begins at 2 pm inside VENU.

Buffalo History Tours - $15 - $30, all ages
You can choose between three Halloween-themed tours - Secrets of the Victorian Séance, Canalside Walking Ghost Tour, and the Paranormal Proof Bus Tour.

Haunted History Ghost Walk: Larkinville! - $10 – $20, all ages
Historian George Thomas Apfel will lead this special Halloween walking tour, which leaves from Flying Bison Brewing Co., 840 Seneca Street in Buffalo. Children ages 7 and under are free with a paid adult ticket.

Gala Of The Ghouls - Cover at door (not specified), ages 21 and up
The Gala of the Ghouls will take place at 567 Exchange Street in Buffalo starting at 9 pm. The event will feature DJ DANOH, burlesque performances, fashion, visual art, and theatrical performance. Guest must be vaccinated or show proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 48-hours. You can find more info here.

Spooktacular Night at The Vegan Center - $15 – $20, all ages
Join the Vegan Coalition of Buffalo-Niagara for an all-vegan Halloween bash from 5 pm to 8 pm at 60 Broad Street in Tonawanda. Each ticket includes food from Buffalo Plant Burger. You are encouraged to wear your costume. There will be crafts and activities for the kids. You can buy tickets here.

Witches Ball - $45, $50 & $165, ages 21 and up
The Witches Ball 2021 will be held at Statler City, located at 107 Delaware Avenue in downtown Buffalo.

Buffalo’s best immersive Halloween experience features dozens of the most ‘bloody brilliant’ local artists, actors, drag queens, musicians, DJs, psychics, mediums, and more shockingly good performers for one night only!

General admission tickets are $45 and VIP tickets are $165 online. Admission will be $50 at the door.

Bewitching Broadway - $29 - $89, all ages
Join the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra at Kleinhans Music Hall, located at 3 Symphony Circle in Buffalo for its Bewitching Broadway performance. Enjoy great songs from spooky movies like Sweeney Todd, Phantom of the Opera, Rocky Horror Picture Show, Little Shop of Horrors, and Young Frankenstein. Costumes are welcome. Proof of full vaccination is required.

SunyGames Halloween Costume Party (College Party) - Pay at the door (no amount specified), college students with ID
The party starts at 10 pm at the Zone One Family Entertainment Complex, located at 30 East Amherst Street in Buffalo. There is a discount at the door if you are wearing a costume. This party is for college students only. Get more info here.

90s Rise Again Halloween Party - $55, ages 21 and up
The event will take place at Resurgence Brewing Company, 55 Chicago Street in Buffalo, starting at 9 pm. The 90s Rise Again Halloween Party features an open bar, DJ, and a trip down memory lane to the 90s. This event requires attendees to be fully vaccinated. Phright Night: Return of The Pharaohs Halloween Costume Party - $35, ages 21 and up
The party kicks off at 9 pm at the Metropolitan Lounge & Entertainment Complex, located at 1670 Main Street in Buffalo. This is the men of Alpha Phi Alpha's annual Halloween costume party. There will be free food, a 50/50 raffle, open bar, prizes, and a costume party. You can order tickets online.

Halloween Silent Disco - $15, ages 21 and up
The Halloween Silent Disco will take place at New York Beer Project, 6933 S. Transit Road in Lockport.

PORTRAIT: An Immersive Horror Film - Free, all ages
You're invited to watch this horror film created by students from Buffalo State College's Television and Film Arts program, at Whitworth Ferguson Planetarium, Science and Math Complex in Buffalo. Even though the event is free, you will need to pre-register here.

Life has consequences. Portrait weaves the story of art thieves who face the consequences of stealing a very special portrait. You have never experienced a horror movie in the immersive environment of a dark planetarium. The filmmakers intend to not only terrify the audience but to also give them a new experience.

Rocky Horror Picture Show Drag Brunch - $10 – $65, all ages
What a drag! This event will take place at Thin Man Brewery and Tappo Pizza, 166 Chandler Street in Buffalo, on Halloween from 12 pm to 3 pm. Performers include Fishnell Twain, Meech Massacre, Marjorie Logan Price, Alexis Mills, Willa Dewhisp and Ditzy Duke.
