Massive Storm, Severe Winds Thanksgiving Week in New York State

A massive accumulation of snow is expected to be coming this week, according to the National Weather Service.

The Erie County Executive pointed out that winds are going to be insane and while the weather model expects a significant amount of snow, the timing is a little uncertain. Here is the model through Sunday, December 1.

A Winter Storm Warning is now in effect for some parts of the Empire State. New York State is about to get a ton of snow after having one of the easiest season so far of all time.

Last season, the month with the most amount of snow was January. Over 50% of the snow that fell came in the month of January, but experts expect that December will be hit much harder than usual.
