DIY Beer Taps at Brand New Restaurant in West Seneca

There are not many cities who have a better food scene than Buffalo.

If you ask Buffalonians, they would tell you that Western New York is in the discussion for best food scene in the country, The wings, beef on weck and countless other dishes make this region special, but so does all the breweries and tap rooms.

Buffalo is a fantastic place for locally crafted beer and you can find them all over the region. Some might say there's too many of them, that's how many we have in Western New York.

There's a brand new restaurant and tap room called The Ridge, which opened up towards the end of 2022.

It's located on Orchard Park Road in West Seneca, fairly close to the South Buffalo border. It's located between Ridge Rd. and Slade Ave.; down the road from Tops and Wegmans.

As it turns out, not only do they have great food but they also have DIY taps for beer. Check this out from Buffalo Eats on Twitter.

They also have a smaller food menu for the brewery section. If you don't want to wait for a table and full service, this looks like a perfect thing.

I live in South Buffalo and drive by this place often. It looks phenomenal and surely will be a big hit for those who live in West Seneca, Orchard Park and South Buffalo.
