1. Homicide Victim: Cynthia Salter
Reward: $7,500

Crime Stoppers WNY is offering a reward of up to $7,500 for information leading to the arrest or indictment of the person(s) who killed Cynthia Slater. On November 15, 1994, she was reported missing. In 1995, unidentified remains were found near 283 East Amherst Street in Buffalo, however, it wasn't until October of last year that they were identified as those of Salter.

2. Homicide Victim: William Sciolino
Reward: $7,500

William M. Sciolino was killed while he was working at a construction site near Main and East Ferry streets in Buffalo. The incident happened on March 7, 1980. Crime Stoppers is offering a $7,500 reward.

3. Homicide Victim: Rashaan Banks
Reward: $7,500

Rashaan Banks was killed on May 13, 2001, at 64 Inter Park Avenue in Buffalo. A $7,500 is being offered for information about who killed Banks.

4. Homicide Victims: Jamie Norton and Joseph Lovett
Reward of up to $9,000

The two victims were killed on August 5, 2009, at 72 Hischback in Buffalo. A reward of up to $9,000 is being offered.

5. Homicide Victim: Alvin "Duke" McDowell
Reward of up to $7,500

Alvin McDowell was killed on January 1, 2017, on McNeely Way in Buffalo. Crime Stoppers WNY is offering a reward of up to $7,500 for info about who killed him.

6. Homicide Victim: Gabriel Texidor
Reward of up to $7,500

Crime Stoppers WNY is offering a $7,500 for information leading to the suspect(s) in the murder of Gabriel Texidor. He was killed on Pennsylvania Street and Trenton Avenue in the Buffalo on July 7, 2019.

7. Homicide Victim: Robert Green
Reward of up to $7,500

Robert Green was killed on Plymouth Avenue in Buffalo on August 22, 2016. A reward of up to $7,500 is being offered.
