A two-building apartment complex in the heart of Amherst’s Snyder Hamlet has been sold, with the investors paying $200,000 per apartment.

Investors WLH Concord LLC paid $1.2 million for the complex that runs between 18 and 36 Concord Place in Snyder, according to documents filed Sept. 16 in the Erie County Clerk's office.

The complex, built in 1932 and one of the oldest in Snyder, had been owned by investors Concord Place LLC.

The complex includes a pair of buildings at 18 and 26 Concord Place respectively. The remainder of the property is surface parking for the apartments.
Each building has three apartments and are fully leased.

The deal works out to $200,000 per unit, or 118% more than than the regional average of $91,701 per unit as tracked by CBRE Upstate New York.
