The "!2 Best Days Of Summer" is almost here as the Erie County Fair is set to kick off this Wednesday, and there is a way you can check out the Fair for Free.

Once again, the Erie County Fair is holding a massive food drive on the opening day of the Fair, where, when you donate, you can get into the fair for free.

How To Get Free Admission To The Erie County Fair

Coming up on Wednesday (August 6th) you can get into the Erie County Fair with a donation of at least 4 canned food items. You can bring your donation to any entrance gate at the fair. You will trade those food items for one ticket.

If you need more than one ticket, you will need to donate at least four canned food items for every ticket you need. The tickets are only valid for opening day.

Where Are The Food Donations Going?

All the donated food items from the opening day at the Erie County Fair will be given to FeedMore WNY. Last year, a record 140,834 pounds of food was collected and donated to FeedMore WNY.

FeedMore WNY helps people who are suffering from food insecurity across Western New York.

If you want to help out or donate to FeedMore WNY outside of the Erie County Fair, you can learn more about them and how to help HERE.
