I remember one year when my wife and I were living in Pullman, Washington, there was a sourkraut festival in town. We decided to go check it out, and there had saurkruat ice cream. We were adventurous and ordered a small cone of it, and I will tell you it was DISGUSTING!!! It was like vanilla ice cream with chunks of saurkruat in it. So gross.

Now, this pickle ice cream might be one I would want to try. We have made pickle juice pickles, and those came out decent. I also like pickles and pickled flavored chips, so I think this wouldn't be as bad as saurkraut ice cream.
