You might not have to worry about fitting your kid's Halloween costume over a winter jacket this year but late rain showers could push your trick-or-treating earlier than normal.

Looking ahead to Halloween, a warm front will bring some rain into Western New York starting in the early evening. This could put a little damper on your trick-or-treating as the rain will get worse as the evening progresses.

So you will want to get out early, but not too early. Here is a look at Trick-or-Treat times across Western New York.

**Again these are times put out by the town, some neighborhoods could have different times**

  • Amherst: 6 to 8 pm.
  • Buffalo: 5 to 8 pm
  • Clarence: 5 to 8 pm
  • Depew: 6 to 8:30 pm
  • Eden: 6 to 8 pm
  • Fredonia: 4:30 to 8 pm
  • Hamburg 6 to 8 pm
  • Jamestown: 6 to 8 pm.
  • Newfane: 4 to 7 pm
  • North Tonawanda: 5 to 8 pm
  • Orchard Park: 6 to 8 pm
  • Tonawanda: 5:30 to 8 pm
  • West Seneca: 6 to 8 pm
  • Wheatfield: 4 to 8 pm
  • Williamsville: 6 to 8 pm.
  • Wilson: 4 to 7 pm
  • Youngstown: 4 to 7 pm

If you are heading out trick or treating make sure that you and your kids are wearing bright and visible costumes as it could be even harder to see trick-or-treaters this year due to the rain.
