The Buffalo Bills season didn't end the way the team or Bills Mafia wanted it to but that is no fault of Bills QB Josh Allen.

Allen who was criticized for his up and downplay during the regular season turned on the superstar abilities in the playoffs and couldn't have played any better than he did.

Allen recorded the highest QB passer rating ever for a post-season player. His rating of 149.0 ranked higher than Joe Montana in 1989 and Bart Starr in 1966. Unfortunately for Allen, those two other quarterbacks ended the season hoisting up the Lombardi Trophy.

As the Bills head to Highmark Stadium to clean out their lockers this week, several changes are expected to happen with the team. The Bills already lost their Asst. GM, who took the GM job with the New York Giants. Both coordinators are expected to interview for more head coaching jobs.
