The Buffalo Bills haven't played a Sunday Night Football game since the Sunday before Thanksgiving in 2007 when their game against the New England Patriots was flexed by the league to the Sunday night timeslot.

That streak will end on December 15th, 2019.

The Bills' Week 15 game at the Pittsburgh Steelers has officially been moved to Sunday Night Football on December 15th; it was previously a 1:00 pm kickoff. The game will be on NBC.

The Bills are 9-3 and currently hold the number one wildcard playoff position in the AFC. The Steelers are 7-5 and currently hold the second and final wildcard position.

From a record and playoff implication standpoint, flexing this game makes complete sense. The Bills are red hot too; beating the Dallas Cowboys in their last game, 26-15.

The last time the Bills won a Sunday Night Football game? That would be Week 1 in 2000, when the Bills defeated the Tennessee Titans at home. That was the first game since the Music City Miracle game (forward pass, by the way).

The Bills do have one game before that though, next Sunday against the Baltimore avens at home. That's against probably the only team in the NFL hotter than Buffalo, as the Ravens have a 10-2 record and lead the AFC North.

Go Bills!!
