If Marvel can have ‘What If’s, why not Star Wars?

The new event series is coming to Disney+.

There are a lot of Darth Vaders. In video games and cartoons and ancillary appearances, many men have filled his armor and respirator. But if you’re making a Star Wars movie, then there’s only one true voice of Vader: James Earl Jones.

Imagine a galaxy far, far away, where Darth Vader's voice modulator malfunctions, and he's left with the voice of his pre-pubescent self as played by "world's greatest kid actor" Jake Lloyd.

It seems like Darth Vader's turned a positive corner recently. He's become part of the Disney family after all, so maybe the whole hanging out with princesses thing is turning him into a softie.
