Well, this sort of news isn't exactly new for the New England Patriots....videotaping opposing teams sidelines.

This past Sunday at the Cleveland Browns/Cincinnati Bengals game, an advanced scout for the Patriots and team owner Robert Kraft, was caught videotaping the Bengals sidelines.

The "videographer" was given a credential to be in the media press box by the Browns but the Bengals and NFL had no idea, apparently. It was supposedly for a documentary on pro scouts the Patriots were conducting. New England plays the Bengals this upcoming Sunday.

According to The Athletic, the tape that the NFL is investigating focused on the Bengals sideline for EIGHT minutes...

Remember back in September of 2007 when the New England Patriots were caught videotaping the New York Jets sidelines and play-call signals?

The incident was dubbed "spygate" and the NFL ended up fining the Patriots $250,000, head coach Bill Belichick $500,000 and taking away New England's 2008 first-round draft pick.

In 2015, the NFL fined the Patriots and suspended Tom Brady for four games for purposely deflating game-used footballs in effort to gain an advantage.

I mean, are we surprised by this?
