Major Mess Up During 2026 Buffalo Bills Draft Pick
Did you notice it? There was a major faux pas during the Buffalo Bills' draft pick announcement in the 2nd round.
Major Mistake During Buffalo Bills' 2nd Round Draft Pick
The NFL draft has turned into a prime-time viewing event over the past several years, with rounds 1,2, and 3 now being shown on Thursday and Friday nights.
The NFL has amped up the annual event by making it a party with thousands of fans, celebrities, and former players all playing a part.
Unfortunately, it doesn't always go the way you want it to go.
Former Buffalo Bills linebacker Shane Conlan was selected by the NFL to be the guest announcer for the Bills' first pick in the draft this year. The Bills had the 26th overall pick but made several moves, and their first pick of the draft came on Day 2 in Round 2.

This is when Conlan was called into action, and well, it didn't go well. Conlan not only butchered the pick number but also the year, saying 2016 instead of 2026.
Not sure if nerves got the best of Conlan, or if he is like me and now, as an older person, has trouble seeing small print, but there needs to be a better way to get these announcements done.
I feel bad for TJ Parker, who, I am sure, had all his family and friends watching, and they all thought they had entered a time machine and transported 10 years into the past.
Rounds 4 through 7 take place today. Here are the remaining Buffalo Bills draft picks as of this morning.
