1. The Early Bird - This person shows up as you are still setting up your tables and bringing stuff out from your house to the lawn. They want to get all the "good stuff" before anyone else. Even though all the signs say 8 am until 1 pm, this person will be in your yard around 7 am.

2. The Professional - This person's job is to try and get deals at your yard sale and turn around and sell it for a profit in their 2nd hand store or online store. They know what they want, they will pick out the good stuff, and then they will move on to the next yard sale.

3. The Mom's Morning Walking Group - These moms all get together every Saturday morning and walk around the neighborhood. This Saturday their stroll will stop by your house, they will stop and check out what you are offering.

4. The Haggler - This person will look you straight in the eyes and offer you a quarter for that Lennox bowl that you have priced at $100. While you laugh, they are being totally serious. They love to get a bargain and are not afraid to lowball you no matter what you are selling.

5. The Neighbors - Whether you talk to them every day or just wave hi once a week when you have a yard sale, the neighbors will come over to see what your style is all about. They just have to know what kind of things you have in your home.
