Music has always been used as a medium for political discourse, and so many songs can be considered anthems that inspire a nation.

As November 6 (a.k.a. Election Day) approaches, you're probably wondering what songs you should jam to while walking into the voting booth. Don't worry; we've got you covered. Just make sure you take the headphones off before pulling the lever.

"Born in the U.S.A." -- Bruce Springsteen

"Uprising" -- Muse

This is one of the best songs to motivate you to seek change when you enter that voting booth. Essentially an anthem that pushes for power for the people, this song will inspire you to make a change and could even spark a political revolution.

"Waiting on the World to Change" -- John Mayer

While Mitt Romney argues Obama hasn't made any changes during the past four years, you can listen to this song and contemplate if that's true. This song is also an anthem for the undecided voter -- if you're not sure what you stand for, John Mayer understands you.
