Being a parent is a tough job and if you have teenagers most of the time all you get out of them is an eye-roll or two.

Of course one of the issues parents have is a communication barrier between them and their kids. Things change so often, that certain sayings you grew up hearing no longer apply to your kid's generation.

The other day, I told my son Avry that the weather was a "Carbon Copy" of the day before. He had no clue what that meant. He is 15, has never written a check, and has never seen a checkbook with the duplication forms. We do most of our banking and bill paying online.
