I love spending time in the outdoors and this new attraction in the Adirondack's looks awesome for nature viewing.

According to WIVB, the Adirondack Railroad will be introducing a six-mile rail-bike adventure that will let you enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks.

The railbike four-seat pedal powered vehicle will allow you and your passengers to enjoy the scenery of the region with no other traffic bothering you. That sounds perfect!

There's more good news: the ride will last between 90 minutes and two hours, so it won't be a short ride, that's for sure.

“Railbikes are a great way to explore the Adirondack Mountains as you pedal along the scenic rails, three miles north of the Thendara station, to a turn around point where you can stop for a break before you turn around and head back to the station,” said Branson.

You can start buying tickets for the experience on March 1st with the anticipated start date for the railbike adventure coming on May 8th.

The ride begins at Thendara Station in Thendara, NY, which is about a four-hour drive from Buffalo. It looks worth the trip if you ask me, however. I definitely need to take another Adirondack's trip.
