The Buffalo Bills are the odds-on favorite to win Super Bowl LVII in Arizona in February.

The reasoning behind that is due to the Bills’ previous seasons — one resulting in an AFC Championship appearance and the the other in an AFC Divisional round appearance.

Quarterback Josh Allen is regarded as one of the three best quarterbacks in the NFL now, and Buffalo was fifth in total offense in 2021 (382 yards per game) and third in points per game (28).

Buffalo also scored a touchdown on every possession against a top five defense in 2021 (New England) and also played a near perfect game on offense against Kansas City in the AFC Divisional round.

The Bills being back Allen, Stefon Diggs, Gabriel Davis, Dawson Knox, Devin Singletary and Isaiah McKenzie — along with adding veteran slot receiver, Jamison Crowder, rookie running back James Cook and adding offensive lineman, Rodger Saffold and David Quessenberry.

The only subtractions were wide receiver Cole Beasley and offensive lineman, Daryl Williams and Jon Feliciano — all three were cap casualties.

The Bills had the number one ranked defense in the NFL in 2021, but were missing an elite pass rusher. They added one with Von Miller.

Despite all of those facts, along with Allen and the Bills being the favorite to win it all in 2022, one national website has ranked the Bills outside the five best offenses heading into 2022.

CBS Sports’ online staff ranked the Bills as the sixth best offense heading into the season. The “almost elite” category…
