The sellers of this house got a huge return on thier investment as this house just sold for a wopping $810,000, a nearly 1,400 percent increase. The house was listed for $699,900 and still sold for more than $100,000 over that figure. That is a massive sum for a very small 2-bed, 1-bath house with just over 1,000 square feet of living space.
