The Bills offense came into the game leading the NFL in scoring points per game but it was the Jacksonville Jaguars defense shined on Sunday afternoon.

The Jacksonville Jaguar's Josh Allen had a career day against Buffalo's Josh Allen, registering one tackle, one sack, one interception, and one fumble recovery.

Buffalo's Allen, was consistently under pressure and the lack of a true running game doomed the Bills. Allen went 31 of 47 throwing for 246 yards and two interceptions. Allen was also the team's rushing leader, tallying 50 yards on 5 carries.

Devon Singletary and Zack Moss totaled only 22 yards on 9 carries. Moss left the game after he suffered a concussion.

The bright spot of the day, was the Bills' defense. They came into the game leading the NFL in fewest points giving up per game. The Defense held the NFL's #1 overall draft pick this April Trevor Lawernce to only 118 passing yards. The defense also registered two sacks and held the Jacksonville running game to 79 yards.

This game came down to the kickers, where Jacksonville's kicker Matthew Wright went 3 of 4 on-field goals with his longest of 55 yards. Buffalo's Tyler Bass was a perfect 2 for 2 on-field attempts.

The loss dropped Buffalo to 5-3 on the season and only a half-game ahead of the New England Patriots for the lead in the AFC East. The Pats are 5-4 on the season.

Up next for the Bills is another road trip to take on AFC East rival the New York Jets. The Jets are 2-6 on the season and are coming off a 45-30 loss to the Colts on Thursday night.
