The Buffalo Bills will host the New England Patriots in what will be the biggest game of the season for either team, and the most important game for the week 13 NFL slate, which is rare for a Monday night affair.

The Patriots (8-4) are ahead of the Bills (7-4) by a half-game for the lead in the AFC East, and the road to the division and the number one seed in the AFC is much easier with a win.

The Bills will have to play this game without some key players, including a linebacker who was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list just hours before the game.

Linebacker A.J. Klein was placed on the COVID-19 list around 5 pm today, which is a blow to the Bills depth at linebacker.

The Bills will also be without guard Jon Feliciano, who has not yet been activated off injured reserve.

Here's the complete list of inactives for tonight's game.

Wide receivers and kick returners Isaiah McKenzie and rookie Marquez Stevenson both won't play tonight as well. Defensive tackle Vernon Butler also will sit.

The Bills are also without cornerback Tre'Davious White, who will miss the rest of the season with a torn ACL.

As for the Patriots, they will not have safety Kyle Dugger, who was placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list last week. Dugger is their leading tackler and will be missed in tight end and slot receiver coverage.

The Patriots do get linebacker Jamie Collins back for this game, who was activated earlier today.

The Bills and Patriots will be dealing with 40-45 mph wind gusts, so passing will be an interesting dynamic and if either team can make it a major part of their game plan. Kicking will be severely limited because of tonight's winds.
