Ever since the bitter ending of the 2021 NFL season, Bills fans across Western New York have been watching the hype build around their beloved Buffalo Bills.  From way to early power rankings, to the NFL Draft, to free agency, to mini camp, it all has been building towards the start of the 2022 season and the ultimate prize at the end of the tunnel...bringing the franchise's first Lombardi Trophy home to Western New York.

When BetMGM first released their odds for Super Bowl LVII, the Bills opened at the top of the heap at +750.  When the new set of odds came out this morning, the Bills had strengthened their grip on the top spot at +650 (Meaning a $100 bet would net you $650 if the Bills won).

A couple of other moves to note, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have shot up the odds board, and now sit in second place, behind Buffalo, at +750.  When odds were first released, and the team wasn't expecting to have Tom Brady back, they opened at +2500. Now that he's un-retired, they are the favorites in the NFC.

The Los Angeles Chargers have also surged up the big odds board, after the signing of former UB standout Khalil Mack, and former New England Patriots CB J.C. Jackson. They now sit at +1600 after opening at +2500.

The rest of the AFC East looks like this:

  • Miami Dolphins: +3000
  • New England Patriots: +4000
  • New York Jets: +12500
