The Buffalo Bills could end up celebrating winning the AFC East before they step on the field to take on the San Francisco 49ers for Sunday Night Primetime football.

If things play out just right the Bills could already be crowned the AFC East Champions before they play another snap of football.

Currently, the Bills are 9-2 and they hold a 5-game lead over the 4-6 Miami Dolphins.

The Miami Dolphins will end up playing twice before the Bills take the field against the 49ers on Sunday Night Football. This week they host AFC East rival New England and then play the Packers in Green Bay on Thanksgiving.

If they those games, the Bills would be on track to win the AFC East. The Dolphins would not be able to catch the Bills for the AFC East since Buffalo holds the tie-break, head vs head.

New England is 3--8 with six games left to go. They play the Dolphins this week and they play the Colts on Sunday, December 1st at 1 pm. If they lose any of those games, they would not be able to catch the Bills.

It is the same for the New York Jets. They are 3-8 and also have a bye week this week. They play the Seahawks on December 1st at 1 pm. If they lose that game they could not pass the Bills.

If all that happens, the Bill would be the AFC East champs before evening playing one snap against the 49ers.
