Buffalo Bills Offensive Coordinator Teaching “Everyone Eats” Mindset
The Buffalo Bills are 2 days into Training Camp at St. John Fisher University in Pittsford, New York, and already there is a noticeable change to how the offense is working together.
On day one, many noticed the Bills offense celebrating a lot together when they scored touchdowns in their team activities. That's part of the plan of offensive coordinator Joe Brady. he wants, "everyone to eat."
Not only is that true of spreading the ball around to multiple receivers rather than focusing on one star (like Stefon Diggs), it also means celebrating together a sa team when they have success.
Brady spoke with the media this morning about a multitude of topics, but he addressed this at around the 7:15 mark of the video below:
Brady said, "Football's hard... when you score a touchdown it's not just one person... it took 11 people."
"Seeing those guys celebrating, having fun... it's important. It might not look like it but I think it is. You want to see the type of team you're going to have."
