Buffalo Bills Fans Can Watch the Playoff Game on Chippewa

Buffalo Bills fans who are looking for a place to watch the playoff game on Sunday are welcome on Chippewa Street again. After New York State said "no" to the 'Playoffs on the Patios' last week, Mayor Byron Brown has given the event the green light this week. According to WIVB, Mayor Brown has been working with restaurant owners to organize the playoffs party.

Chippewa Street to Close for Bills Viewing on Sunday

If you are planning to head to Chippewa to be a part of the viewing and celebration, the street will be closed off the vehicles starting at 1 pm on Sunday, January 23, 2021. It will remain closed until 11:30 pm from Franklin Street to Delaware Street. Tables, chairs, and two very large LED tables will be set up for fans. The TVs during the previous watch party were approximately 14 by 20 feet. I'm guessing that the same televisions will be used for this watch party. As you can see in the video below, they are pretty big. If you want to join the party, you'll need to reserve your table ahead of time by texting 716-939-1279 or emailing reservations@recroombuffalo.com. You do have to be 21 or older to attend the event, which will be held from 5:30 pm until 10 pm.

Bills Fans Went Wild on Chippewa After Win Against Colts

With tickets sold out to the Buffalo Bills home playoff game the week before last, fans headed down to Chippewa Street to watch the game. An aerial camera caught the moment when the Bills won the game. You can see fans, who packed out the street, went wild when the Bills beat the Colts by a close margin, 27 to 24. I love the energy in the video. I hope the same positive energy is present at this watch party on Chippewa.
