Major Injury Concerns For Buffalo Bills Before Playoff Game
The Buffalo Bills will head into Sunday's playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars with some major injury concerns. There are plenty of players who are recovering from injuries sustained in the regular season.
Bills Rule Out Max Hairston For Sunday's Playoff Game
Hairston suffered an ankle/leg injury in the win over the Jets and has been seen walking around in a boot this week. During his weekly press conference, Bills' head coach stated that Hairston would not play on Sunday in Jacksonville.
“Max Hairston, unlikely to play this week. We’ll see where that goes as we move forward,”
Buffalo Bills Sign Two New Kickers
The Bills played part of last Sunday's game without a field-goal kicker. Matt Prater re-injured his quad in the game, and he is considered questionable for Sunday's playoff game. Prater missed a couple of games this season, including the Bills' 13-12 loss to Philly, where the Bills had an extra point blocked.
Wright entered the NFL has a undrafted free agent in 2019 and has been with 12 other teams before signing with the Bills. In 2025, Wright was with the Carolina Panthers, Tennessee Titans, Washington Commanders, and Houston Texans.
He has made 60 of 68 career field goals in the NFL, with his longest being 60 yards. He is also 45 of 47 in point after attempts.
