Buffalo Bills Injury Report Not Great For Texans Game
The Buffalo Bills' battle for the AFC East title will get tested again this Thursday as the Bills travel down to Houston to take on the Texans. The Bills are 7-3 so far this season and are 2.5 games behind the Patriots, who are 9-2, for the AFC East Title.
The Bills' hopes of gaining in that battle on Thursday took a bit of a hit when the team returned to practice on Monday. On a short week, the Buffalo Bills had several key players missing practice or being limited at practice due to injuries or rest.
Buffalo Bills Could Be Missing Offensive Weapons On Thursday
The Bills' offense could be limping into Thursday's game against Houston. Dalton Kincaid did not practice due to a hamstring injury, Curtis Samuel missed practice with an elbow injury, and Mecole Hardman missed practice with a calf injury. Josh Palmer was also limited in practice with a knee injury. Wide receiver Khalil Shakir also missed practice for personal reasons.
Kincaid, Hardman, and Samuel could all miss Thursday night's game.
Buffalo Bills Defense Facing Injury Problems
There were several key defensive players on the Bills injury report this week. Taron Johnson, Joey Bosa, Terrel Bernard, Christian Benford, Dorian Williams, Shaq Thompson, and Jordan Phillips were all limited in practice. All those players will be looked at again ahead of Thursday's game and could be on the field against the Texans. Both Jordan Poyer and DaQuan Jones were given the day off from practice for rest.
