One of the Buffalo Bills' biggest needs this offseason was defensive tackle.  Today, they made a signing to help fill that need.

It's being reported that the Bills are signing former Pittsburgh Steeler defensive tackle Larry Ogunjobi (O-gun-JOE-bee).

It's a one-year deal for $8.3 million and $8 million of that is guaranteed money.  At 6'3" and 300 lbs, Ogunjobi can occupy multiple blockers and he knows how to get to the quarterback.  He only racked up 1.5 sacks last year but has 27.5 throughout his career.

The defensive tackle room will now include Ed Oliver, DaQuan Jones, Larry Ogunjobi, DeWayne Carter, Branson Dean, and Zion Logue.  The Bills rotate defensive linemen a lot, so it wouldn't be surprising to see them still try to grab a young guy in the draft.

With the addition of Joey Bosa on the edge late last night, the Bills are starting to fill some holes that they found as they got a little deeper in the playoffs last season.  They struggled to get to Mahomes in the AFC Championship and it appears as though they're doing what they can to shore up that line through free agency.

A position that they still need to address on the defense is cornerback.  Last year the Bills had Rasul Douglas and Christian Benford there.  Douglas is a free agent right now and has yet to sign with another team so they could still bring him back if they can find the right deal.  However, it would be more likely to see them use one of their early picks in the draft to get someone in my opinion.
