Here Is How The Buffalo Bills Can Get The #1 Seed
The Buffalo Bills punched their ticket to the playoffs last week with a win over Cleveland, but they are still playing for the chance to win the AFC East and a chance to get the #1 seed in the AFC.
Here Is How The Buffalo BIlls Can Clinch The #1 Seed In The AFC
The Buffalo Bills have two regular season games left, including today's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. For the Bills to get anything higher than the #5 seed, they need to win today and next week's final game against the Jets.
Here is what needs to happen if they want the #1 seed in the AFC. They need the current leader Denver Broncos, to lose their final game of the season. That would put the Broncos at 13-4. The Bills hold the tie-breaker over the Broncos, so the Bills would get the #1 seed.
The Bills also need the Patriots to lose at least one of their final two games. If the Pats lose one of their games, they would finish at 13-4 and would be tied with the Bills. The Bills hold the tie-breaker advantage over the Pats, so not only would the Bills have a chance at the #1 seed, but they would also win the AFC East.
If the Bills win the AFC East, it would be the 6th year in a row they would be the division winner.
