Half his life Michael 'Shooky' Cieslulka has been either in the kitchen as a cook and chef or behind the bar serving delicious adult beverages, offering his culinary creations like his famous mac and cheese, which you can try at the Free Street Tavern, every Tuesday and Sunday or his unbelievable signature soups, which change weekly, at JJ's CASA DI PIZZA.

Shooky has been in the industry since he was in high school around the same time his beard grew in and he is not a hard guy to miss, always wearing one of his fashionable Buffalo-themed tee-shirts and ball caps, Mike is a big guy with that big beard and a bigger heart always giving it up for charity, he personally answered phones here at the radio station to support our St.Jude initiative.   Always a great time when Shook is around and that's why friends and professionals in the WNY service industry are inviting everyone to join in as we celebrate his 40th birthday party and you are more than welcome to attend the soiree for Shooky.

Now the party is planned for Thursday, May 27th starting at 5 pm at Casa Di Pizza, 11 East Mohawk. Attendance will be limited, based on compliance and capacity. Guest bartenders like Megan Musilli that most will recognize from The Brick Bar, The Thirsty Buffalo, and of course Casa will be running her famous bar special: "Buy 1 drink and get the second drink full price". (Service with a smile will cost you double).

As Michael has been known to mutter  "It's been a long shift". This one may be a wee bit longer.

It's a party for Michael, and it looks like it will be truly a 'SHOOK SHOW'!

Side Note: I have personally tried almost every soup made from scratch by Mike  (everyone calls him Shooky, I refer to him as 'Soup Dog'). Below are some of Shooky's signature soups for you to enjoy virtually.
