Buffalo Police Find Escape Suspect

I was hoping they would tell us how the guy escaped.  He didn't seem to be dangerous because there was no alert as such.  The news article covering this story says the public turned Wilson in:

Police credited the public for calling in tips that led to the arrest of 21-year-old Joshua Wilson, who had escaped from custody near the E District police station on Bailey Avenue. It happened around 3:30 p.m.
