Buffalo Restaurant Has Willy Wonka and Oompa Loompas Deliver Fish Fry Dinners

This sounds outrageous but this is true and it's a riot!

According to WIVB, downtown Buffalo restaurant, The Grotto recently added a fish fry to their menu and to have some fun with customers on Friday, they delivered curbside fish fries dressed up Willy Wonka and the Oompa Loompas.
