2. Buffal-O Ferris Wheel

The Buffal-O Ferris Wheel at Riverworks is opening this weekend. It's been a long time coming for the ride, which was supposed to open last year.

3. Buffalo Transportation Pierce-Arrow Museum

263 Michigan Ave, Buffalo, NY 14203

The museum is open Thursday through Saturday from 11 am to 4 pm. Tickets, which can be purchased at the museum, are $15 for adults and seniors. Admission for children ages 12 and under is $7.

The Museum is here to remind the people of Buffalo—and the world—that Buffalo, NY was once an influential city of industry and producer of outstanding vehicles. The Museum’s mission is to preserve and showcase this legacy. You are invited to come along for the ride.

5. Explore & More - The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Children's Museum

The museum is open Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm. Tickets for adults and children (ages 1 & up) are $11. Children under age 1 are free.

6. Buffalo Bike Tours

I had the opportunity to join a Buffalo Bike Tours ride. Marc Moscato, the founder and tour guide of Buffalo Bike Tours, led the way. We were joined by a family and a couple of guys visiting from Toronto. Even though it was raining and we were soaked, I really enjoyed it. I felt like a tourist in Buffalo, learning new things about the history of the city.

7. BFLO Harbor & Kayak

Buffalo Naval Park will be open starting Saturday, May 28 (The ships may be closed due to maintenance). You can visit the Naval Park's website here.
