Other than the food that the holiday season features, nothing makes this time of year more festive than the holiday themed movies.

And I guess we can argue if the frist "Die Hard" flick would be considered a holiday classic. After-all it did happen during Christmas at a holiday office party.

But I digress, there is a great happening that invites one and all to gather with friends and family to get ready to munch on popcorn and take pictures with movie props for the next month at the historic Aurora Theater in East Aurora for their annual 'Hollywood Holidays'

WGRZ reports that the theater will be showing all the classics from "It's A Wonderful Life" to "A Christmas Story" The animated film "The Grinch" from 2018 to "How The Grinch Stole Christmas starring Jim Carrey.

During 'Hollywood Holidays' donations can be made and will be accepted for Kaely's Kindness, a foundation that helps teens with cancer.

The Aurora Theater in East Aurora has the complete line-up HERE along with everything you need to know about proper health and saftey protocols.

Because the movies are free, seats will be filling up fast, so please be patient, kind, understanding, and appreciate the fact that this is happening in our community.

Yippe Ki-Yay and Happy Holidays!
