Guidelines For Fall High School Sports Expected To Be Released On Friday

After New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo announced that some "low-risk" high school sports like cross country and soccer could begin to play on September 21st, the New York State Public High School Athletic Association begin holding meetings on creating guidelines for area high schools.

According to a Tweet they are expected to release those guidelines this Friday.

Whether or not a sports season will happen is also based on what region the schools are in. If a region falls back into Phase 3 of New York State guidelines, sports would be suspended.
