Bills/Texans Will Look Completely Different From Last Year

A lot of people remember what happened to the Bills last season in Houston. It was a pretty bad beating for the Bills. Looking at it on paper, it should be completely different this year.

Saw this tweet yesterday that stood out quite a bit to me. It was from "Houston Stressans" and it was just a graphic that was meant to show how many of the players for this year's game will be different from last year.

The Bills are in a different place this year

So many Bills fans are concerned about this game after what happened last season. It's understandable because the Bills were demolished by that Houston defense last year. Josh Allen was sacked 8 times! He was fighting for his life back there. The Bills didn't seem to have an answer for them.

That was last year's team.

His receivers were Shakir, Gabe Davis, and Tyrel Shavers, with Knox as his tight end. This year, Allen has a whole new receiving corps with DJ Moore and Skyler Bell, plus Dalton Kincaid will be healthy. He wasn't available last year. Plus, we have a new head coach and defensive coordinator.

We were missing both Ed Oliver and Michael Hoecht at this point too. This year the Bills have added Bradley Chubb and TJ Parker to get to CJ Stroud and CJ Gardner-Johnson (if he's able to play) in the backfield too.

This year the Bills will also be without Joey Bosa, Jordan Poyer, Matt Milano, Tre'Davious White, and Taron Johnson (who is not mentioned in the above graphic).

The point is that both teams look different this year than they did last year. This is not going to be the same game that we saw last year. It would be a good way to shake last year's last game to come out and have a good game against a healthy Houston team that seems to have had our number the last couple of years.
