It's the off-season now for the Buffalo Bills, but as we know, the NFL is a 12-month, 365 day operation. Coaches and front office are still hard at work.

The 2024 Senior Bowl is taking place in Mobile, Alabama this weekend, with practices happening before the game. Bills staff will be in attendance to watch seniors who are eligible for the 2024 NFL Draft, with wide receiver, defensive line and safety the biggest needs for the Bills.

General manager Brandon Beane officially hired Joe Brady as the full-time offensive coordinator, eliminating the interim tag. The Bills were also busy extending reserve/futures contracts to some players, including newly signed wide receiver, K.J. Hamler.

Beane had time this past week to discuss the roster and the off-season with former Bills center and current color commentator, Eric Wood.

Wood also talked about wings with Beane. When asked what his favorite place for wings in Buffalo is, Beane said Bar-Bill Tavern.

However, the next tidbit was a little polarizing for Buffalo. Beane admitted he's not a fan of blue cheese. He's used to ranch, being from the south, but added he doesn't like either with wings. Beane feels a great wing doesn't need blue cheese (or ranch).

Ranch with wings is sacrilegious in Buffalo but if you go to states like Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia, it's the dipping sauce of choice...

Blue cheese adds to the wings but you have to get a good one. Bar-Bill blue cheese is right there for the best local blue cheese in town.
