Big Cook-Off in Lancaster with Buffalo Bills

If you are big Buffalo Bills fan and love grilling this is a really cool event happening in Lancaster, New York. It is called the Grills Mafia BBQ Throwdown.

Everyone has that one person who is the big grill guy (or girl). You go over to their house, and they are obsessed with grilling or smoking meat. Now might be their time to shine. Buffalo Bill long snapper Reid Ferguson is involved in a really cool, unique opportunity but only FIFTEEN people can sign up, so hurry up!

It is being hosted by a company that Reid Ferguson is part of and Valiant's Meat. People in Lancaster LOVE Valiant's Meat. It is right in downtown Lancaster and has been there for over 100 years. They will be supplying the 2 meats that each team will be grilling up.

Reid is part owner of a new seasoning company Que 42 BBQ and they are hosting a 15-team contest that will happen in Lancaster in the new downtown area.

Set against the backdrop of the Lancaster Renaissance Faire, teams (1-2 people) will attempt to wow judges by cooking a perfect ribeye steak and Italian sausage dish. All meats provided by Valint’s Craft Butchery.
