Livability.com just released its 10th annual Top 100 Best Places to Live list, celebrating the best small and mid-sized communities across the U.S.
They based their findings on researching relocation trends, economic variables, and other factors that influence quality of life.
So which Western New York city made the cut?
Cheektowaga, New York Once Again Named One Of The Best Places To Live
It isn’t the first time this city has made the list, and it probably won’t be the last.
Once again, Cheektowaga has landed on a “best places to live” list - this time, on Livability’s Top 100.
According to Livability, Cheektowaga got their spot thanks in part to their family-friendly and laid-back atmosphere, as well as their diverse amenities and thriving economy.
It was also the only city in all of New York State to make the list.

Cheektowaga Is Conveniently Located
Cheektowaga is the home of two popular area destinations - Western New York’s largest shopping center, the Walden Galleria, and the Buffalo Niagara International Airport.
Additionally, Cheektowaga is a short commute to all there is to offer in downtown Buffalo, as well as a 20-minute drive to Niagara Falls.
There’s Lots To Do In Cheektowaga
Besides being close to the hustle and bustle of Buffalo, there’s plenty to keep Cheektowaga locals busy without traveling past city lines.
