Electric City is coming to Buffalo in 2024.

Buffalo is well known for having lots of legendary venues where bands have gotten their start. One of those venues was The Tralf. The venue shut down in 2022 and has remained empty since. Many wondered who, if anyone, would take over the venue. Thankfully, we now have an answer and it is, "Yes."

The Tralf will now be known as "Electric City" and will open on February 23, 2024. Not only is the venue reopening, but it's also coming back with a full makeover. It has been completely redesigned with a different layout, bars, a VIP mezzanine, new bathrooms, and even a state-of-the-art sound system. The venue will hold 750 people.

Electric City has also announced the first several shows that will be taking place, starting on opening night, February 23 with James Kennedy. Here's the full lineup.

2/23/24 James Kennedy
3/10/24 Sammy Rae & The Friends
3/12/24 Meshell Ndegeocello
