Josh Allen’s Dirty Name For Rookies on the Buffalo Bills

The funny, and vulgar, nickname for rookies on the Buffalo Bills was revealed during a recent post-game press conference in reference to Dalton Kincaid. Josh Allen made reference to it and got some laughs from the reporters. Read on to see why. First, though, let's talk about the man Josh spoke about, Dalton Kincaid.

Who is Dalton Kincaid?

In case you didn't know, Kincaid was the first-round pick of the Buffalo Bills in the 2023 NFL Draft. He was considered to be the top tight end, and one of the top overall prospects, in the draft. He played college football at San Diego initially and then transferred to Utah where he saw a lot of success. The 24-year-old is originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, and was taken by the Bills after they traded up with the  Jacksonville Jaguars to take him. He was the first and only tight end taken in the 1st round of the 2023 Draft.

Kinciad's First NFL Touchdown

Kincaid scored his first-ever NFL touchdown against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday, October 26. It came off a pass from quarterback Josh Allen, who joined his teammates in congratulating the 1st round pick of the Bills in this year's draft. Kincaid lept into the stands as well, and was hugged by Bills Mafia as you can see in the pictures.

What Josh Allen, and the Bills, Call Kincaid and the Other Rookies on the Team

Rookies in pro sports, and amateurs, sometimes go through some initiation. That can be everything from pranks to making them do extra work, and even giving them nicknames. There are, of course, examples of these rituals going too far but generally speaking they aren't anything all that traumatic. So, it's not surprising to find out that the Bills have a nickname for rookies on their team. Josh Allen revealed it during his post-game press conference when speaking about Dalton Kincaid and his first NFL touchdown.
