The Buffalo Bills got back on the winning track with a 31-14 win over the Carolina Panthers but it was just more than a win for the Bills.

During the game, Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen became the quarterback in Franchise history to throw for 30 touchdowns in back-to-back seasons.

Allen had three touchdown passes in the win over Carolina giving him 31 for the season. Last year he ended the season with 37 touchdowns.

Allen threw two touchdowns to Gabe Davis and one to Stefon Diggs in the win over the Panthers.

While some people don't think Allen is having an MVP season this year, he is pretty much on pace to finish the year like he did last year when he came in 2nd overall for the NFL MVP.

This season Allen has thrown for 3,734 yards, 31 touchdowns, and 12 interceptions with a quarterback rating of 95.9 through 14 games. In 16 regular-season games, last season Allen threw for 4,544 yards, 37 touchdowns, and 10 interceptions with a quarterback rating of 107.2.

Allen still has three more games to play this season and we could see him reach or even pass the total amount of touchdowns he had last year.

While people might not think Allen is playing like an MVP, we know here in Western New York he is the Bills MVP and we wouldn't want anyone else under center for the Bills.

Up next for the Bills will be a battle for the AFC East as they travel to New England to take on the Patriots. The Bills are one game back behind the Pats, but if they win next week, based on record against division rivals, the Bills would be in the top spot for the AFC East.
