Are The Bills Chasing A Big Name Free Agent?

Summertime in the National Football League can get pretty busy for teams. While it's not as busy as it is during the regular season, teams are pretty occupied with off-season training and lots of work happening in the front office.

That's even moreso true for the Buffalo Bills as the team is not only looking to move into a brand new home located at 10 Bills Drive, the are also looking to add some additional tools to give the Bills Mafia and Josh Allen the power they need to push deep into the playoffs with hopes of snagging a victory in Super Bowl LXI when it hits SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California.

With all of the great moves the Bills have made so far in the NFL Draft and in free agency, there may be one more superstar that they may be trying to pursue and get on that brand new natural grass field at the new Highmark Stadium.

Could The Bills Sign A Basketball Legend?

Professional athletes playing more than one sport isn't unheard of. We all know about the talent that folks like Bo Jackson, Deion Sanders, Jim Thorpe, and Jackie Robinson had during their playing career. But it's not just them; the top athletes have the skills to play multiple sports. Tom Brady was drafted by the Montreal Expos, Jim Brown was an All-American lacrosse player, Bill Goldberg was an Atlanta Falcon and WCW Champion, and so many more. Even Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman excelled in another sport.

Howvever, what if the Bills were able to lure who many consider to be one of hte greatest baseketball players from the hardwood to the gridiron, could that be what the Bills need to get over the Super Bowl hump? As news has broken that future NBA Hall of Fame player Lebron James will not be returning to the Los Angeles Lakers in the new year, and speculation that he'll be hitting the free agent market, there are teams all over the NBA that maybe seeking to sign him to their rosters, but what if its time for Lebron to think about another sport, while playing for a team that is just a few miles northeast of his home in Akron, Ohio.

Standing at a massive 6'9 and weighing in at 250 pounds, if Buffalo were able to snag LeBron James and sign him to Wide Receiver, is there a cornerback or safety anywhere in the NFL that could guard him? Or perhaps he could play the edge on defense and, if so, what offensive tackle in the league could stop him?
