People forget how much work goes into getting drafted to the NFL.  These athletes have trained since they were very young and have lived and breathed football every step of the way.  While some of these players might look flashy and arrogant, this day is a celebration that they've been working towards for what seems like their entire life.  Very rarely do people think that lottery winners are arrogant when they win a jackpot and it's just like that for these young draft picks, only the odds of making it to the NFL are a lot smaller and they require a lot more work.

The moment that Max Hairston got a call from Buffalo Bills General Manager he immediately broke down.  You could tell just how grateful he was to be getting that call.
