It's about to be July and yes, we still have over two months of summertime ahead of us. While we shouldn't get too ahead of ourselves, it's hard to not look forward to certain fall activities and here in Western New York, there's a certain tradition many Buffalonians have every single year.

Mayer Brothers Cider Mill on Seneca Creek Road (off Transit Road) in West Seneca is an annual tradition for many and it's always fun looking forward to their opening day. That opening day isn't too far away, either.

Mayer Brothers Cider Mill announced on Facebook that its opening day would be August 4th, which is just five weeks away!

Apple cider is always the drink of choice in the fall and nobody does it better than Mayer Brothers. The cider donuts and different pies, bread, and sweet treats are also big sellers for Mayer Brothers, as locals get into the fall spirit.

We always try and go once or twice every fall and even though I love summer and all the fun activities that come along with that season, fall is another huge favorite of mine and I cannot wait until Mayer Brothers kick off their 2021 season.

Mayer Brothers will be celebrating nearly 170 years and hopefully, they're around for another 170! Five weeks away and we can already taste those cider donuts.
