Miami Coach Calls Out Josh Allen Ahead Of Bills Game
It's not that Josh Allen or any of the Buffalo Bills players need some extra motivation to head into today's game against Miami, but they did get some.
Miami Dolphins defensive coordinator Anthony Weaver provided some "Bulletin Board" material after he was asked about Josh Allen's play during a press conference.
While Weaver said Allen is a good quarterback, he said that he is one of the worst quarterbacks when it comes to securing the ball when he runs.
Weaver said Allen holds the ball like a "Loaf of Bread" and his team will make it a point to try to knock it out of Allen's hands every time he runs.
Will this shot at his play fire Josh Allen up? It could, but again I don't think Allen needs any more motivation to take on his AFC Rival.
In 14 games against Miami, Allen is 12-2 while throwing for an average of 335 yards and 2.5 touchdowns. The Bills already beat the Dolphins this season 31-10 in Miami in Week 2 of the NFL season.
The Bills will look to extend their lead in the AFC East with a win today. They come into the game at 6-2 while the Dolphins are 2-6. The New York Jets won on Thursday and are only 3 games behind the Bills for the AFC East lead.
