According to Wikipedia, the movie is about a con woman who lives in Buffalo.

Homegrown hustler Peg Dahl will do anything to escape Buffalo, NY. After getting into some trouble, she finds herself crippled by debt, and with her chances of a brighter future outside of her hometown squandered, she decides to become a debt collector herself and wages war with the city's debt-collecting "kingpin."

The movie stars Zoey Deutch as Peggy Dahl. You may know Zoey from her roles in The Vampire Academy, Zombieland: Double Tap and the Netflix comedy series The Politician.
