It's been a long time coming.  But today, construction on the Buffalo Bills new stadium hit a big milestone.

It's far from being complete, but today the final piece of steel was placed on the New Highmark Stadium in a special "Topping Out Ceremony."

The Final Beam Is Special

Crews have been working tirelessly for the last couple of months moving dirt and placing steel and concrete.  What started as a parking lot quickly became a pit in the ground that now looks like an enormous stadium.  People who have watched the progress from start to where we are now are always in awe of how quickly it's all coming together. The final beam is special too because it will have signatures of workers, Bills fans, media, and executives on it.

While it's the final piece of steel for the stadium, it's far from done.  They have well over a year of work left before it will be ready for the 2026 season.  But when it is done, the Bills will have one of the most high-tech stadiums in the NFL.
