The NFL was full of trade news on Monday, and as a member of Bills Mafia, I felt like we were on the outside of some massive moves that could have helped the team win its first Super Bowl in franchise history.
Did The Buffalo Bills Miss Out On Two Massive NFL Trades?
Word came out on Monday about two massive trades in the NFL involving players that would have filled a need for the current Buffalo Bills roster.
Myles Garrett was traded to the Los Angeles Rams. Garrett set the NFL record for most sacks in a season last year with 23. He was linked to the Buffalo Bills last year before he signed an extension with the Browns. Now he is headed to LA, who one of the favorites to win the Super Bowl this season.
Having Garrett on the defensive line for the Bills could have made a huge impact in Buffalo. The lack of a rush was one of the reasons the Bills lost to Denver in the Playoffs last season, and having the record holder for most sacks in a season on the roster could have been the player the Bills needed to win a Super Bowl.
The other player involved in a trade was wide receiver AJ Brown, who went to the AFC rival New England. Brown, who won a Super Bowl with Philly two years ago, had 78 catches for just over 1000 yards last season.
He has over 8000 receiving yards and 56 touchdowns in his career with Tennessee and Philadelphia. He could of been that speedy, stretch the field, target that Josh Allen needs to take the Bills offense to the next level.

Unfortunately, he will be playing with the Bills' rival this upcoming season.
